Shivprasad Koirala is pleased to announce his official institute in Mumbai (Career Path Institute), Mulund in tie up with Infinity. He himself will be conducting the classes. So what's so special about this institute? Here's how all the other institutes operate. First they Teach theory -- then they leave the individual to his fate. According to market study only 20 % people who get trained in institute get a proper job as software professional.

They are two categories of people who take training one who is already on a job and wants to brush his skill and other who is a fresher and looking for break in software industry. 

 Both these individuals need a different treatment. But all other institutes apply a general teaching theory for both of them. We do not. Both these individual need different treatments and a different level of teaching....So how does it work?

For fresher's below are the different phases of teaching. First is clear your fundamentals i.e. Theory , Next do a live project according to industry standard , give mock interviews , prepare resume and apply for job , if you do not get a job we see your weakness and teach theory again or else best of luck.

We do not assure jobs like rest of the institute we teach you how to get a job. We do not have durations like other institute it’s rather did the candidate achieve for what he had joined. 

For experience people it’s a bit different way. We analyze what the candidate needs, if it does not fit any of our course we do not continue. If it then we take theory, sample project and allow the candidate to apply the same to live projects. Any doubts we again take small theory sessions.

Fundamentals of the institute:-

·         Fresher should be taught in iterative pattern.

·         Experienced people should be able to apply theory to live projects.

·         Job can not be assured; institute can only teach how to get a job.

·         Any course can not have duration rather it should be iterative teaching with main stress on achieving the goal.
