Understand Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and where they fit into application development.
LAB 01Create a simple agent using MAF
Create a simple C# agent using Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF) and explore how an application interacts with an AI model.
THEORYVectors, Euclidean distance & cosine similarity
Understand vector representations and how Euclidean distance (ED) and cosine similarity help compare them.
LAB 02Embeddings & encoding
Use embeddings and understand encoding to explore how information can be represented for AI applications.
LAB 03RAG with SQL Server
Use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with SQL Server to bring relevant application data into the AI response flow.
LAB 04Tool calling using MAF
Connect a MAF agent to application functionality through tool calling.
LAB 05Implement MCP
