No, not needed at all. Once you do the payment you will become our paid registered member([User ID/Pwd]credentials along with log-in URL will be emailed at your mail ID) in order to avail all QuestPond services depending on the option selected while purchasing the subscription package.

There are two kinds of subscription one is online with 1 Year validity and the other is 5 years online subscription. In online you get access link and you can download the videos for offline viewing with no validity on downloaded videos as well you can view them view/surf/online. In 5 years online subscription you get the online access with long validity. With 5 years duration subscription you get additional benefits and support from us.

  • Access to Updated/New Videos - On weekly basis we upload new videos under online subscription program site. You can avail new videos just by logging into your online subscription account and then you can view and download the new videos. So whenever new videos are uploaded it will be available to subscriber in package option they select for coming 1 Year or 5 years respectively.
  • Mock Interviews - If you are preparing for the interview then we provide support by taking mock interview rounds so that you get prepared and enough confidence before going for the actual interview.(3 mocks during 1 Year duration and unlimited for long validity duration subscriber)
  • Doubt Clearing Session Related to Videos Support for videos related doubts through email and if not solved through mail we will then provide Zoom support to the subscribers.(email support for 1 Year duration and unlimited email/Zoom priority support for long validity duration subscriber)

Internationally issued debit/credit card account holder can use PayPal (secured and Veri-sign gateway) to do the payment in dollars($). This is the 1st option available as PayPal's BuyNow button.

India's netbanking/debit/credit card account holder can use Razorpay (secured and Veri-sign gateway) to do the payment in INR. This is the 2nd option available just below PayPal's BuyNow button.

For people who do not have access to PayPal gateway in their country they can use Master/VISA credit card to do payment in CCAvenue.

Two options - Regular basic option with 1 Year and long term duration with 5 years validity. Subscription will be valid till mentioned date till mid-night 12 AM i.e. 00hrs : 00mins : 00sec. No excuse will be granted to extend subscription for a day or several hours to anyone under any circumstances.

We do have custom courses and combos other than the complete .NET Video Subscription.

If you do not find the product as your fit, you need to get back within 24 hrs. Your amount will be refunded deducting payment gateway + service charges.

Subscription cannot be downgraded from 5 years to 1 or Any combo to Indiviual Course. You can upgrade/switch your Custom and 1 Year subscription to 5 Years within 30 Days(from the purchase date of existing subscription) just by paying difference/remaining price. After 30 Days you can do fresh purchase at full/standard price.

Kindly note for upgrading subscription subscribers shall use same currency for doing payment as per the first purchase.

Re-subscription after 1 Year and 5 year is available at the standard price.

You get credentials in your email ID.

Some of the videos where you see 1500 INR are old videos which have been uploaded on YouTube and YouTube does not give the option to update the same.
